Azure - Offering telecom consulting, telemanagement, and employee training services for businesses of all sizes.
Providing support for organizations across North America, however take note that we are located in the beautiful city of Kingston, Ontario which is located in the eastern time zone.
Our usual hours of operation are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday.
We try to respond to voice messages and emails promptly; however, there are times when are all out of the office and can't return messages until the next business day.

Telecommunications :
- Successfully implemented numerous new general business and call center telecommunication systems. Coordinated implementation tasks with project team members to ensure that deadlines were met and that customers were consistently satisfied.
- Consulted and worked closely with customers to analyze and solve problems, resulting in the best possible telecommunications solutions.
- Analyzed billing records and services for cost saving solutions.
- Frequently assisted customers with telecommunications programming and troubleshooting by telephone and on-site.

- Conducted training needs assessments with hundreds of customers management and staff members identifying current and future needs, existing and potential problems.
- Designed, developed and delivered extensive workshops and train-the-trainer programs regarding customer service and tele-selling, as well as, Call Centre Agent and Call Centre Management
- Developed and delivered Call Centre training programs on behalf of St. Lawrence College
- Designed eleclasses to be conducted in one-hour segments for the development of Listening Skills, Communicating by Telephone, Customer Service and Etiquette.
- Created and implemented various training evaluation forms.
