ATFCAN commercializes clean energy technologies, identifying opportunities for natural gas, hydrogen, and renewable energy in the transportation and electricity sectors. We design and deliver custom energy solutions, combining the right partners with the products and services needed to move commercially viable technologies to global markets. Our use of consortiums allows us to effectively address market barriers, leverage resources and lower risks. This approach also enables our partners to develop the infrastructure needed to support future commercial activities.

Mission
Founded in 2003 as a not-for-profit corporation, ATFCAN’s mission is to deliver advanced technologies and fuels, reduce greenhouse gases and emissions, and promote socially responsible economic development. We focus on emerging economies where increasing energy demands, industrialization, and urbanization require clean energy technologies that make use of locally available resources.
